What I’ve Loved This Week

March 11, 2017

It has certainly been a busy week. I’ve been trying to cut the word “busy” out of my vocabulary (same with limit the amount I discuss the weather…), but truth be told, this week was one of my busiest. Between school and outside commitments, I’m not really sure how we made it through, but we did! In the end, I’m pretty excited with how things turned out this week. Hopefully yours was a little bit more stress free!

1 // Adulting Wins. I so appreciate Megan’s way of finding the positivity in life, especially with her ways to look at the good “adulting” wins!

2 // J. Crew Preview. Walking in to Nordstrom last week, I loved seeing the new (Preview) of the J. Crew arrivals, especially this dress in coral. It has the prettiest eyelet material and tie-up bow in back-So flattering! I may have to wait for the price to go down, but it is adorable! I also loved the polka dots on some of the new J. Crew arrivals.

4 // SheIn. I have just gotten on the SheIn train, and I’m surprised I haven’t looked in to them sooner! Such adorable, and very affordable options for shopping! I love this scalloped dress, and it’s under $10.

5 // Personal Shopping. Angela, from The Thrifty Pinneapple, is now offering a Free Personal Shopper Portion of her blog. She is happy to help you find any clothing item or accessory you may need suggestions for. I had a few questions about dresses this week, and she was SO helpful! Thank you, Angela!

6 // Inspiration in forms of what we CAN’T do. Casey Niestat just came out with a pretty wonderful film titled, Do What You Can’t. I love the inspirational message about beating the odds and continuing to work hard.

7 // Worried about not being beautiful enough?? These 100+ year olds know just how to help you feel your best. Their advice is pretty sweet. Allure has put together a video with advice According to 100-year-olds.

Have a wonderful weekend!
